Service is a top priority for Verticas.
In 2003, Verticas Service GmbH was founded specifically to meet the needs of modern promotional items or merchandising management. With our own company we are in a position to tackle complex assignments in item distribution, while incorporating the latest online sales systems. These IT systems developed specifically for us are coordinated to meet our clients’ particular needs and implement the latest standards in system and data security.
In the logistics field we use the facilities of a contractor (a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG) in 13 locations totalling more than 157,000 square metres of covered warehouse space, 10,000 square metres of warehouse at Gomaringen/Stuttgart and 12,000 pallet storage spaces. With our systems we handle more than 80,000 orders a year with over 100,000 package consignments. Our complaint rate is under 1.00%.
