Quality assurance
We have independent providers carry out quality control locally when producing to order.
Each one of our production facilities is subject to this kind of testing and tied to a bank credit as payment method. For inspection of goods and lab tests when required, we rely on SGS, the leading international company in merchandise testing and quality assurance (SGS employs 36,000 people worldwide). SGS runs 14 offices and laboratories in our main production site of China and has taken over the acknowledged and respected Fresenius Institute in Germany. Based on our clients’ requirements, we determine the control criteria of “major and minor mistakes” and the AQL levels.
In the toy sector and with products that come into contact with food plus safety-related items such as high visibility vests and bicycle helmets, we insist on the strictest compliance with all the relevant standards.
We always have our own safety testing done as well – additional organisations we work with here are TÜV Rhineland, LGA Nuremberg, Prost und Partner, Fürth.
