Therefore, we not only focus on social, environmentally conscious, and resource-saving practices within our company but also demand responsible conduct from our suppliers, factories, and service providers. Hence, we choose only those companies and production facilities that, like us, are dedicated to the highest standards of sustainability.

In 2009, Verticas signed the Diversity Charter, advocating for a prejudice-free work environment. According to diversity guidelines, all employees at Verticas are valued, irrespective of gender, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, and identity.

GLOBAL COMPACT
Verticas is committed to the Global Compact. Since 2009, we align our activities and strategies with the universally recognized principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. We only collaborate with suppliers and partners who have also joined the Global Compact. For example, we do not produce in Bangladesh, Pakistan, or India, where social minimum standards cannot be guaranteed.
