Verticas was again represented at the trainee and student fair at the RMCC in Wiesbaden this year, for the second time in a row. With the motto “THIS IS THE FUTURE” in our luggage, we spent two days looking for new trainees in order to further strengthen our team and promote talented young talent.
Finding new trainees is crucial for companies like Verticas. Trainees bring fresh ideas, motivation and commitment to help shape the future of the company. They are not only the future skilled workers, but also the innovators of tomorrow.
